The Space:

Can accommodate 14 but sleeps 12 comfortably. Ideal for families, girls' getaway, men's fishing trips, and group escapes-the loft space is especially great for kids.

Guest Access:

Guests can access the Floathouzz using the lockbox located on the steps leading to the home.



A code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self-check-in.



Golf cart shuttle service is available from the parking lot to your Floathouzz for both guests and luggage.



Dockside shower house is available if guests need with extra showers.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floathouzz Community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of its kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.
