The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave our home how you find it. While we have professional cleaners after every visit, please be sure to remove all trash, clean refrigerator and load dishwasher.
Blankets should be placed in a pile on the floor. Towels & washcloths should be placed in the tubs/showers. Sheets should be placed in the laundry bags provided.
Do not pour oil/grease in the sink or flush non-organic materials in the toilets.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Event Disclosure Requirement: Any gathering exceeding overnight registered guest count must be disclosed prior to booking.
Events, celebrations, productions, workshops, or commercial activities require written approval and may require an additional contract and fee.
