needs attention to detail

noisy room, uncomfortable bed , lack of toilet rolls etc, bins not emptied, coffee tea milk not adequate for two people on arrival good access to town centre and food outlets/transport. nice decor cleans sheets etc but ------- ! would probably return to this hotel if put in another room. we enjoyed the city and walked for miles. good shops and coffee stops.

great city centre location but noisy till 2am!!!

very clean, central location, staff great but not a good spot if you want to go to bed early, bars outside on the street are open till late and can be heard in our room

Studio de 30 m2 , un canapé lit qui prend toute la place dans la 1ere piece , une télévision qui ne fonctionne pas , un bruit dans la rue oblige de fermer les fenetres ...tres mal pensé l'aménagement

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Pros: Accueil. Petit-déjeuner.
Cons: Insonorisation.
Location: Hôtel situé plein centre ville
Quartier très près des restaurants, donc facilité pour le dîner, donc bruyant si des convives sont avinés et mal éduqués et/ou se moquent de leur voisin.

Notre établissement se situe effectivement dans un quartier animé et il arrive que des personnes peu respectueuses ne tiennent pas compte de la tranquillité du voisinage. super emplacement

en plein centre de Nantes parfait.le ménage est fait legerement plein de poussière sous les lits.dommage que ce qui est abime ne soit pas repare ! Beaucoup d options a payer faire garder ses bagages est payant.demander l emplacement de sa chambre est payant ! Etc.L accueil est correct sans plus et pour le depart on ne vous demande meme pas si vous avez passe un bon sejour ! Sinon bonne literie et kitchenette pratique bien pour une nuit

Séjour en famille

Il serait bien de préciser qu'il n'y a pas d’accès avec une voiture. A l'arrivé, la personne à la réception était très désagréable - j'ai eu l'impression que je lui dérangeais. Arrivé dans la chambre, 2 serviettes sur 4. Le lendemain, je réclame à la réception et rien ne se fait. Je suis obligé d'attendre 24h pour les avoir... Très abusif!
