Lovely hotel right off the main road, stopped off here for the night on our way home from holiday. Recently refurbished, staff friendly, food in the restaurant was very good. Overall very good value for money.

Demolition Site

Disgusted. Arrived after a 1000km drive hoping to relax for the onward journey the next day. It looked like entering a war zone. The pictures show what was the restaurant and bar. The hotel is situated on Business Park ensured there would be no amenities close by. Room was Ibis usual standard, ok. Woken at 7.15am with a JCB starting work 2 metres from our door. We made the booking in December 2021 and should have been told about the work as it has obviously only recently been started. We will of course be using other travel websites to publicise that this hotel will not be finished for some time and to avoid. We will expect a full refund at the very least. As other guests arrived they also were walking round in disbelief at the state of the hotel.

Chambre tellement petite que j'ai vérifié qu'il n'y avait pas erreur, que je n'étais pas en Ibis Budget... Propreté : mieux vaut avoir prevu les chaussons.... miettes et taches au sol (qui partent à l'eau !). Etat de l'hotel : bien qu'assez recent, le choix de peinture noire dans la salle de bain notamment, demande de l'entretien, ce qui n'est pas le cas ici

Nous avons reserve 2 nuits (Vendredi et Samedi). Points positifs : Bon Acceuil, Petit Dejeuner Correct, Proprete. Points faibles : rangement limite dans la chambre, chambre plutot petite pour 2 personnes. De plus, il y a avait un bruit de ventilo constant (amplifie lpar le silence de la nuit) qui a pertrube le sommeil pendant les 2 nuits. Cela a ete mentione a la direction mais la cause de ce bruit n'a pas ete trouve

Prise de la chambre vers 14h30 on signale uns chaussette salle dans la chambre et un rouleau de papier toilette decoré d'excrément humain, je demande un nettoyage complet de la chambre avant notre retour vers 1h30. Quand nous simme revenus , seul la chaussette salle avait disparu, mais en ouvrant le lit nous decouvrons des poils pubiens et rognures d'ongles. Obligation de dormir tout habillé.

Bel hotel, très bien situé aux portes de Nantes et sur la route vers Rennes. Calme, chambres spacieuses, jolies et confortables . Rapport qualité prix/ excellent. Gare de tramway pour se rendre en ville, toute proche. Je recommande vivement.
