With a surface area of 84 m², it's ideally located in a quiet area between Place Mellinet and Place Canclaux, with an unobstructed view over Place Catinat. On the second floor with lift, the flat is composed as follows:
- An entrance opening onto a living/dining room.
- A separate kitchen is fitted and equipped to prepare delicious meals.
- Two bedrooms on either side of the living room. One bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with 2 single beds (90x190; it is possible to combine the two beds to create a queen-size bed).
- A shower room
- Separate WC.
- The living room opens onto a terrace.

Transport:
If you come by car, you'll be able to park in a secure, private underground car park. Please note dimensions: (height 1.80 m, depth 4 m, width 2.10 m).
Located 10 minutes' walk from the center of Nantes and 5 minutes' walk from tramway line 1 and bus lines C1, C3 and 11! These will take you to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the train station in less than 15 minutes. As for the Machines de l'île, it's a 15-minute walk away.
