MOANA - Petit cocon situé quartier République

Welcome to the Moana flat in the République district! A small cocoon of 37m2 fully equipped and decorated with a beautiful living room with high ceilings and parquet floors to bring you the greatest comfort. The flat, on the ground floor, is ideal for work or leisure stays, for lovers or friends, from 1 to 4 people.

The flat is arranged as follows:
- A living area, with its kitchen area that will allow you to concoct good dishes (combined microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...). A table and four chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere.
- A lounge area with a sofa bed, a television and internet access.
- Above the kitchen, a mezzanine bed, practical for a large child (7-18 years).
There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe.
You haven't had time to visit everything, and you feel so good in the flat that you don't want to leave... no problem, the washing machine will allow you to stay a few days longer (and also a clotheshorse, an ironing board and an iron).
A bathroom with a shower, a cupboard with a sink and storage space as well as a toilet.

The Cocoonr Agency

The Moana accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the flat, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport

Close to the centre of Nantes, but also in the heart of the Ile de Nantes, you are only a few steps away from many shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to strolling around, visiting the most beautiful monuments or even doing a little shopping. A 10-minute walk from the Place du Commerce, to reach the entire transport network. Visit the Château des Ducs and the water mirror, the Place Royale, the Rue Crébillon or the Place Graslin and its famous theatre. The machines of the island, with its famous elephant, are only 10 minutes away on foot.
Go to the "Commerce" stop to take advantage of the numerous bus lines as well as the 3 tramway lines. Once on the square, you are 5 minutes by tramway from the Nantes train station ("Bouffay" or "Duchesse Anne" stops). To get to the airport, take a 20-minute bus ride from the station with the dedicated shuttle bus.
You can also use the city's self-service bicycles "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).
