A cozy and charming townhouse in the heart of Nantucket provides the perfect spot to relax and experience all the charm of the island. Leave your car at home as this little gem is centrally located on upper Main Street and walking distance to Nantucket’s downtown, shops, restaurants, and the harbor while easily accessible to Madaket Road, all the historic district has to offer and easy access to The Wave free transportation. Beach lovers are just 1 mile from world famous Steps Beach and 1.2 miles from Jetties Beach. Rent bikes and explore the island with endless bike paths that will take you to Surfside Beach for big and fun waves, Cisco Beach and hit the brewery after or Madaket to watch the most spectacular sunset! Less than a 10 minute bike ride to Steps, Jetties or Childrens Beaches or try stand up yoga at Francis Street Beach-another under 10 minute bike ride.

This quaint townhouse includes air conditioning & heat, comfortable interiors, well appointed cozy kitchen with counter seating for five and small bistro table, private back patio with teak furniture and gas grill. Cute patio has comfortable seating perfect for casual al fresco dining and grilling. New Fridge, oven, flat screen, washer and dryer and new outdoor shower. Bedding, towels, furniture, dishes, glasses pots & pans and utensils all new! First floor consists of cozy living room, eat in kitchen with sliding glass door to back brick patio and bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two bright and comfortable bedrooms and a full bath with shower/tub combination. Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen bed and both have AC. Lower level offers comfortable seating and/or sleeping (pull out sofa) and new sleeping alcove with full bed, large flat screen tv and half bath perfect for teens or young adult children.
If you're looking to accommodate a larger family or friends- option to rent entire home if available!
