Lots of beautiful birds, ducks & egrets enjoy the surrounding marsh. This quaint condo includes one bedroom that is furnished with a queen bed and a single trundle bed and one full bath that is well appointed. Relax on the spacious deck with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. A full kitchen is equipped for all your needs and many updated items such as granite counter tops & oak floors. A perfect spot for some downtime or remote work. There are 2 appointed parking spots for cars on the left side of the building. Property is just outside of town to enjoy some quiet time, but a short 15 minute walk to town to the many fine restaurants, shops on Main Street & Nantucket Harbor *Condo is a separate top unit of property (please see photos) with external stairs.
