"Morning Dew" built in 2023 boasts 7 guest suites, 5 King and 2 Queen. Each guest room is equipped with a full ensuite bathroom.

The house was designed with large families, multi-generational families and multi-family groups in mind. It is the perfect gathering spot for a wedding or anniversary party and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need from extra beach towels, beach chairs, beach tents and umbrellas, coolers, bikes etc etc. There are 2-3 off street parking spots at the home.

There are 102" ceilings in the main floor and basement, with cathedral ceilings throughout the second floor. The open living concept transitions seamlessly to the outdoor living area, which includes a 24'x24' IPE deck with a covered dining area on the deck. There is ample outdoor dining space with outdoor dining seating for 8. The outdoor living room features a sectional couch around a concrete gas firepit.

Guests step down from the deck onto the lawn with chaise loungers for sunbathing. The Cabana has an indoor spa with plenty of room for 12+ guests. Depending on the time of year, roll open the spa doors and enjoy the spa as a plunge pool, and during the shoulder seasons it can be enjoyed as a traditional hot tub.

First Floor:
Master Suite with King Bed and full bathroom.

First trip to Nantucket

We had an amazing time at his property, it was an excellent house and a great location. Rich helped us throughout the process and did a phenomenal job recommending great restaurants and wonderful locations around the island. Definitely a five-star experience and the pool barn is a wonderful addition for young kids.

Gorgeous new home

What an incredible stay at this new home just a few minutes walk from Main Street. There was plenty of room for our large group, two very spacious living rooms, and plenty of bedrooms for each of us (with private bathrooms for everyone, a huge plus).. Rich had great recommendations and helped us plan our stay, I would highly recommend this home to any large group, the level of finish was fantastic and the location can’t be beat. We’re looking forward to coming back this summer!
