The room was somewhat clean (found a bug on the bed but it wasn't alive or of concern after googling it). The check in was fast and easy-no talking from the person other than business which was fine but not personable. NO HOT WATER! I had to call front desk, and it took another 20 minutes for it to come into the shower. That was an issue as I had to shower with a special antiseptic soap due to a 5:30am surgery which was why I stayed there. I would choose somewhere else if it wasn't for the location to the hospital.

Parking was easy. I called ahead about early check-in and they were accommodating. There were only 2 pillows on each bed which made out stay for 3 difficult, but we figured it out. Overall, very clean, would stay again. Will try pool and hot tub next time

Staff was great! The rooms are noisy (thin walls) and the A/C is very loud. I would stay here again. Most affordable hotel in the area.

Really enjoyed the stay. We were looking for a reasonable price place to stay for an overnight family trip to Napa. This place looked good and the reviews were excellent so we went for it. Initially pulling in to the parking lot the Family had some doubts as it looked a little tired but I said hey it’s one night and they have a pool. We checked in and were pleasantly surprised! We had wine and charcuterie at the pool and had it to ourselves. The staff was amazingly friendly. We will stay here again. The price belies the star rating. If the hotel put more pillows on the beds and upped the towel game (budget motel towels were a disappointment) they would be full every night. That is constructive advice and in no way diminishes the how much we enjoyed it!
