So I get there the hotel is totally under renovation you can't get in the lobby you have to go to this little room off to the side of the building like a closet checkin. It was my sister's birthday present And we had to walk all the way around the building in the parking lot in the dark to get to the bar restaurant area. We go up the elevator on the top is nothing but plywood and plastic sheets. No pool or spa or pond they showed in pics. The rooms were expensive and i should have been told about renovation. The only saving grace was the staff in the dining and bar area were super. Totally embarrassed since it was a gift for my sister!! this was so not acceptable!

Bonita Bonita trip

Quick overnight girls trip we had a great stay. Our room was great and the staff was very friendly. They are remodeling but that didn’t interfere with our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall stay was good. Except when we ordered food from the QR code on the menu in the room and our food never came and hotel woildnt refund the money saying we had to deal with restaurant. No one answered when calling the restaurant so we went there just to be told no manager on duty and to call later for monwy to be refunded. Also walls are way thin, heard all convos and amoung other things from the people next door.

This is a classic Embassy Suite, but undergoing significant re-modeling. Our rooms were the deluxe suites and were fantastic. Seems like recently updated. The facility was undergoing renovation, some amenities were unavailable (pool, spa), and had to walk around the back parking lot to get to happy hour and breakfast. My understanding is that this facility is changing to another brand after renovation.

The renovations to this property were beautiful. The rooms were incredibly clean and had many modern amenities. The rooms were also quiet considering they were so close to the road. The locations was also perfect, close to the highway and the outlets. Would definitely stay again.

Nice property that is getting remodeled, so we stayed in the renovated section, it was nice - but for a family of 5 they charge for use of the pull out sofa (not disclosed in the booking) and pay for parking per night as well. Food was amazing for dinner and for breakfast they had made to order breakfast!

**BE AWARE** 1) this place is currently (Nov 2024) under construction. A lot walkways are closed. 2) No swimming pool available during construction 3) Sofa bed is NOT FREE! they charge you $25 per stay. The hotel staff was proud it was not $25/night! This information is also not available on expedia. So keep it in mind. 4) They charge parking $25/night when there are plenty of street space just outside the hotel. (This info is available on expedia) 5) The rooms are NOT sound-proofed! You can hear people talking next door. I hear all foot steps from upstairs. Hallway is really loud because of wooden balcony. The room we stayed was facing highway entrance. It was so loud even at night. *Cons* 1) less than 5 mins from Napa downtown with lots of stores and restaurants 2) easy access to highways 3) the renovated rooms are clean, nicely updated, and roomy. 4) Price is decent compared to other hotels.
