This is a great place to stay in the Napa area - centrally located - we were only 15-30 minutes away from all of the wineries we visited. The house is great & the host is very responsive to messages. The area around the house is beautiful. We enjoyed nice walks every morning.

Place was very clean. It would have been nice to have the Air Conditioner on when we arrived. It was 89 degrees in the condo and it took a while to cool off. The thermostat control was difficult to navigate. On Thursday morning at 6:30 am the landscaping crew started blowing leaves outside our condo which woke us up!!! We asked them to stop and come back later. Maybe you should make arrangements with them to respect your vacation guests?

Hi Roseanne, thank you again for the accommodations. Great location and very nice condo. For future rentals we did not find the gate code anywhere in the emails that were sent to us....could be we missed it. Something you may want to look at...we experienced black ants in the guest bathroom all over the counter. Also, we could get the dryer to turn on,, but it would stay on for any given period.

Perfectly perfect in every way that mattered.

Immaculate, roomy, comfortably furnished condominium perfectly situated for a week of wedding festivities and wine tours & tastings up and down the Valley. Roseann was an amazing host, timely responding to all messages with helpful solutions and/or suggestions. My husband and I and our friend could not have done better through Vrbo or any other provider. We would definitely book again, next time with our golf-playing sons.
