Loved our stay, Staff great very helpful. Bathroom toilet seat bit unsafe needs looking at. Bathroom latch seems to be broken. If you happened to open the window we had to go outside to shut it. Door into room seemed to stick and jam on opening. Hard on people getting on in years Handy to most things, Even with the small things need checking on we still loved our stay, happy to come back again.

Situated in walking distance to shops the sea side and attractions very convenient. We stayed in a king suite upstairs with balcony facing the city The room had everything to make it comfortable, clean linen, cooking facilities, tea/coffee,TV & wifi. The bonus was the in room spa bath big enough for two. Cleanliness could have been a little better - dusty blinds and surfaces nothing major. All n all adorable comfortable accommation, would stay again.

They didn't cater for the number of people in our room but fortunately we could 'borrow' items from another room family members were in. There was an unsafe switch in the bathroom and holes in the wall were covered over with a tile nailed on. Rooms need more maintainance.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have unbeatable views and locations, walkable cafes, and places to eat and drink. It is the best value for money. I am reluctant to recommend it highly because I want to keep staying here.

The check in was terrible. We tried to ring the property to say we were arrivibg late but no answer, over two hours, which was frustrating. When we arrived there was a note to check in at the property next doir, which was also closed with a mobile number to ring. Finally got a himan on the phone and she explained which room we were in and that the key was under the mat The property is very dated but the ladies servicing the ooms were lovely. We had also booked for a room that was supposed to be two singles in one room and a queen in the other, with a single bed in the living area, but there was no single in the living room. Walls were so thin we may as well have all been sleeping in the same room anyway. We book accommodation with separate rooms to cope with snoring and we would not book this motel again. Also noise from the stairs outside was very loud in the wee hours of the morning.

Pleasing waterfront location with massive in room

Who doesnt like a massive spa in your lounge where you can watch tv. Plenty of parking. Room needed some repairs. Balcony door was hard to open and close. Bathroom door did not close fully. Both issues appeared long term issues. Good compact kitchen. Rooms were very very spacious. Need to be fit enough to carry luggage up sweeping outdoor staircase. Communal washer & dyer need updating. Staff friendly and helpful.
