Really friendly and helpful receptionist. Attached but independent restaurant gave terrible service for breakfast. Despite chasing things up, we were waiting well over half an hour for the coffees we had ordered and 50 minutes for our meal order. It’s best to eat elsewhere.

Excellent quality clean modern rooms very reasonably priced. Good location for our stay, parking on site, large screen TV, was a lot of pleasant surprises I didnt expect from a small motel, it was definitely value for money and would highly recommend.

It was the communication from the property. I booked it last minute and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We had to then add an extra person and again, they couldn’t be faulted with comms and assistance. Defo booking the Nautilus again. Thanks you so much.

Such a lovely welcome. Lady at reception was very friendly, accommodating, and gave us an upgrade for free, as I had booked the wrong room! Really well appointed, clean, great views straight out to Napier waterfront. Parking was straight outside. On-site restaurant had yummy food. Would definitely stay here again

I didn't like the fact that I was charge $9.00 more than the quoted Expedia price. Also there was no space on the Expedia form to indicate that we wanted BOTH the King Bed and the Sofa Bed.
