Welcome to the stunning former home of a legendary celebrity rockstar. The Fleetwood Villa exudes a Zen-like ambience of calm alongside contemporary flair and function. Located in the Napili area of Maui, you will find a variety of beautiful beaches and restaurants within minutes of this serene and private home.

The space
Have a splash in the waters of the contoured swimming pool. Or perhaps a soothing soak in the therapeutic bubbles of the adjacent hot tub? The grounds at Fleetwood Villa are rounded out with a barbecue, a covered alfresco dining area and plenty of sun loungers. Indoors, you will find TV, Wi-Fi access and a billiard table to enjoy hours of entertainment with friends and family.

High vaulted ceilings, overhead fans and large windows keep the feelings airy and breezy at Fleetwood Villa. The living area includes a plush sofa and swivel chairs around a built in entertainment center. The formal dining area with its large wooden table makes a great place to share a special announcement with your loved ones or entourage. Up the spiral staircase, you will find a cozy loft with a little extra privacy and a gorgeous panoramic view of the neighboring island of Molokai. The fully equipped kitchen features a convenient breakfast bar.

Four bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests comfortably, plus the upstairs loft can be used as an extra sleeping area if needed. You will have a choice of one cal-king size bed, one king size bed, one queen bed, two twin beds that can be converted into a king, and a pull-out full sofa bed in the loft. Each sleeping quarter provides a television and air conditioning. The master bathroom features a dual vanity and soaking tub. The guest bath features a dual vanity and shower. There is also an open air outdoor shower on the pool deck. This is a non-smoking villa.

Just minutes from the beach and the Kaanapali Golf course, at Fleetwood Villa, you will be perfectly poised for the ultimate holiday in Maui. Whether you are planning an unforgettable family vacation or a decadent honeymoon, this stunning villa in Hawaii makes a great bet. Great place to stay in Maui

My family and I stayed for a week in July. This home was perfect for us! It's a short drive to everything, but felt like our own private oasis. There were six of us total and there was plenty of space to spread out. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to eat in for a few meals. You're not right on the water, but the view of the ocean from the front deck is impressive. The spa was a great place to relax after a long day out. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had the most fantastic time. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, games, pool/beach gear, very well equipped kitchen, excellent host, and the kitties that loved to visit us during the stay were so cute and friendly!

We stay at this beautiful home June 1-14. The house exceeded our expectations. It has everything you could think of and the space and decor were excellent. Family Maui Vacation

The Fleetwood Villa is a perfect choice for a family vacation. It is able to accommodate 6-10 people with ease. Everyone is comfortable and yet still have some privacy. This home has the best stocked kitchen we've ever seen at any rental. We are "foodies" and we lacked nothing when it came to dishes, pans, or even spices! We even found Birthday decorations for our Daughter in law's Birthday while we were there! The hosts responded quickly to any questions we had.The ONLY downside was while there are 3 bathrooms, there's only 2 showers. However, the outside shower was used for more than rinsing after the pool and hot tub. Overall the Fleetwood Villa was perfect! We're ever so grateful for our stay. We were sad to leave.

Paradise!

My family of 7 enjoyed a week at Fleetwood Villa and it exceeded all expectations. We’ve stayed on Maui several times and this was by far our favorite accommodations. We enjoyed spending time together by the pool, on the lanai and playing billiards in the evenings. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough tools to enjoy delicious meals. The best part was the resident cat, Greybeard. She was friendly and entertaining.

Amazing west Maui stay

Went with the entire family with our children ranging 5-19. Perfect house to come back to after a long day exploring or just relax at if you need a rest day. Space was plenty for our family of 6. Well stocked doesn’t begin to describe it. If you need it while away it’s probably already there. Just quick trip to get groceries and you’re set. Location is great, short walk to small shopping center/grocery and a beach. The back lanai and pool made the stay incredible. Landscaping makes it feel like your own secluded oasis. The views from the loft area made me jealous of our daughter who staked it out as hers on day one. Could keep going on but will just say the place is incredible, made our time in Maui perfect.

Paradise!

The Fleetwood house was a dream come true. My husband and our family stayed here for our wedding week and we had the time of our lives. Lauren and Michael were so kind and keep the house very clean and stocked with everything we needed on our vacation to Maui. There's a cat who is the sweetest host too! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house was not only immaculate, but it also had just enough of the “at-home” feel, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere that truly enhanced our experience. You could tell every detail was thoughtfully designed. One of the things we loved most about this VRBO was its peaceful location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it provided a tranquil retreat away from other travelers, allowing us to fully unwind and enjoy some much-needed relaxation. We were also incredibly impressed by the host's quick response time. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. And let's talk about the view – breathtaking doesn't even begin to describe it! The stunning sunsets and opportunity for whale watching right from the comfort of the house were unforgettable moments that we'll cherish forever. Moreover, the shaded area in the back was a delightful surprise. It provided the perfect escape from the sun while still allowing us to enjoy the pool and hot tub area. Multi generational trip

We treated our daughter & family to a vacation to Maui to celebrate our 50th anniversary this year. We were a family of 7 that included 2 grandkids, daughter & son-in-law and his mother. House was so perfect for our needs. We spent a lot of time on front lanai whale watching as well as enjoying the backyard with the pool & hot tub. Very private & area is very quiet.

Awesome and beautiful! This house was very welled stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay! The private pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing and having fun. We could see whales from the front patio which made it even more special. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us!!

Perfect house and location

We were a group of 6 adults and two kids under 2. The space was perfect! They had anything we could have needed in a home away from home. Absolutely stunning. Very well equipped and stocked. Close to beaches and stores but so secluded that you forget where you are. Spacious inside with massive common areas. Spacious home for a family of eight adults, plenty of room and very welcoming. Host was very helpful and communicated great! The neighborhood is very busy but the home was very quiet. Only issue was a mini split AC in the loft area was not working and was a bit warm for the person sleeping up there.

Fleetwood Villa was the best equipped, cleanest, place we have ever stayed in. Very very comfortable. The on site owners Michael and Lauren were extremely friendly, and welcoming. Beautiful and Spacious home

The "Fleetwood Villa" was very well suited to our family's needs. The front lanai has a beautiful ocean view and the backyard patio and pool are very serene and lush. The kitchen was very well stocked and useable. Our family very much enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay

We had a group of 8 (including a 1 year old). The house was perfect. The location was great! Grocery store and good local food nearby. The beach was easy and quick to get to, both on foot or by car. The house was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the pool table and swimming pool. The host was available for any questions. You can’t go wrong with this house. Hopefully, we will be back again.

We loved our time at the Fleetwood Villa! An amazing place for our whole family! Plenty of room, great location, beautiful views and sunsets, amazing home, awesome and fun pool/hot tub outdoor area, great hosts and all the extras you could ask for! Between the pool, hot tub, games and pool table our kids didn’t even want to leave the property! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back again someday! Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay at the Fleetwood Villa! The home was beautiful and well maintained. We had 7 adults on our vacation and the home was plenty spacious for all of us. The house was well stocked and has everything you need - from towels to kitchen supplies to beach umbrellas, it was all there. Michael and Lauren was wonderful as well - very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Greybeard (the cat) was so sweet and greeted us daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily return to stay again.
