This well-located condominium with an oversized heated pool is designed for comfort, while providing you with a home away from home. The location speaks for itself. Just steps to the breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and a short stroll to the famous Naples Pier (currently under construction), sunsets and Third Street South restaurants and shopping. Our residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers - comfort, location and a beautiful pool. What more is there! Multi-million-dollar homes surround this quiet, restful spot in the heart of where Naples originated. Unpack your bags and head for the beach just across the street. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and small cooler. Or walk one block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Explore the unique boutiques and galleries for the discerning shopper or simply start exploring all the near-by attractions. Don't forget the large, heated pool for morning laps or for just floating all your cares away.
