A beautiful 27,000 sq. ft. clubhouse provides you with casual and fine dining. The community offers an incredible fitness center providing free weights , aerobics , exercise machines with a resort style pool and tiki bar. Unlimited golf is available with transfer of membership. Play Naples finest golf courses as part of the reciprocal program. Spacious 1900 sq ft 3 bedroom 2 bath home fully furnished with 2 car garage. The kitchen is fully stocked and loaded with modern appliances, elegant countertops and cabinetry. Washer & dryer, towels, beach chairs, coolers all are provided. The roomy lanai is nicely furnished and overlooks the lake for lovely sunsets, complete with dining for 6. Three flat screen TV's with cable and hi speed WiFi internet.
