Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all dirty laundry in the basket in the laundry room.
Ensure the outdoor umbrella is close appropriately after using it. Ensure the propane gas tank is off and the grill is free of food remains after usage. No smoking whatsoever inside the house.
Outside smoking is allowed however avoid dropping burnt cigarettes on the fake grass. The parking spot in front of the coconut tree is designated to the unit in the back. Please do not occupy it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
