Rules

If tenant stays past the checkout at 11am, they will be charged for the day. If tenant exceeds guest limit, they may be removed from the premises.
Tenant will not touch the pool and spa system control panels or they will be charged the repair invoice. Pool: 8am-6pm at 85 F Spa: 6pm-9pm at 104 F.
Tenant understands that the pool and spa are on set schedules that can be altered. For bubbles in the spa, you must request to be turned on and off.

Great Stay here, very clean and location is fantastic. A couple of minor things but host resolved promptly through great communication. All in all would recommend with no hesitation! Thanks for a great stay!
