The palace was built more than 400 years ago in the quaint district of Spaccanapoli. The neighborhood itself looks like a small and characteristic historic center in the center of Naples. The ambiance is very livley, with lovely markets, typical shops of artisans, cultural associations, special bars and good restaurants. Well connected to all major monuments of bus and subway.

The apartment is LOVELY! Excellent location, excellent apartment. Perfect for visiting and experiencing Naples! Literally in the middle of heart of old Naples, and walkable distance from the train station and port. Lots of space with two levels, and 3 bedrooms. Perfect set up for a family. The stairs may not be ideal for young toddlers but were fine for baby and a 4 year old. The apartment was perfectly set up with a full kitchen and clothes washing machine. The host was wonderful and very accommodating of an early check in and late check out request, which we appreciated! Only thing to be aware of is the apartment is on the 4/5th floor, but there is an elevator! Overall just a fantastic stay and fantastic experience! Highly recommend this apartment and host!

Lovely apartment. Fantastic location. Loved being in the little piazza right in the heart of the bustling historic quarter. Aircon was superb! Quite snug but still didn’t feel too small for our family of 5 (with teenage girls). Warm, welcoming host was very helpful. (Even posting a couple of times that we left behind). Would return. 5 stars.

Napoli stay

Great location in historic Naples, plenty of vendors in the neighborhood. Great food. We walked 20 minutes to the ferry for a day trip to Sorrento. Emanuela is a great host would definitely recommend this location

Cozy quiet apartment in historic Naples

We could not have found a better place to stay in the heart of historic Naples. It was quiet inside but in the heart of the hustle and bustle outside. Within walking distance to the central train station and port. The owner Emanuela was very helpful and readily answered any of our questions. Highly highly recommended.

Location, Location

Center of all the activity. The apt is very, very cozy with a small staircase for the two upstairs bedrooms and tiny upstairs bathroom with slanted roof so you'll bend over some. Hostess is wonderful and lives next door. Tip: take the taxi to this apt. The metro leaves you a long uphill walk away and pulling luggage over cobblestones all the way.

The apartment was fantastic! There is a lift or 96 stairs - your choice. The owner was delightful and very helpful. The apartment is right in the heart of the old city and although busy, was very quiet. Close to supermarket and restaurants and cafes. We would stay there again!

Trip to Naples

We booked this stay at Naples and we had a fabulous experience. The only issue was the wifi stopped working the seond day but Emanuela was awesome and she got a portable wifi device very quickly. The wifi was restored the next day. I recommend using the elevator if you have large luggage otherwise you awill have to climb 4 flights of steps.

Lovely apartment in centre of Naples

We had a lovely stay for four nights in Emanuela's apartment. The location was fantastic - on one of the busy streets in the centre of Naples, so close to all the must-see attractions. The double-glazing in the apartment meant that the sounds from the street never reached us so we could still have a good night's sleep. The apartment had everything we wanted, and there were nice extras including traditional coffee provided in the kitchen. The apartment was perfect for our group of four friends, but it would be equally suitable for a family group. The host, Emanuela, was very helpful and our stay was relaxing and comfortable.

Tolle Wohnung im Herzen Napolis

Manchmal ist fast kein Durchkommen in den engen Gassen der Altstadt, aber wenn man dann im Palazzo die 4 Stockwerke zu Fuss oder mit dem kleinen Lift bewältigt hat, kann man sich in der gemütlichen Wohnung bestens erholen. Von hier aus kann man viele Attraktivitäten gut zu Fuss erkunden. Emanuela hilft bei allfälligen Fragen schnell und unkompliziert.

Charming apartment in a very fun location!!

The location is very unique, being in the heart of the historic area and on the street where Xmas creches are created. Very busy, lively and fun by day; very quiet at night. Lovely to have breakfast accompanied by accordion music and church bells. The apartment is large, clean, well equipped except for need a new coffee maker which I’m sure Emanuela will replace. Emanuela is lovely, responsive, and has very clear instructions re using the tiny elevator, entering the security gates, and stairways. We loved our stay in Old Naples!!

A lovely apartment right in the heart of the bustling historical centre of the city. Lots of character and comfortable. Perhaps not for those who struggle with stairs though as there are 4 flights to get up plus steep stairs in the property (there is a lift which we didn’t really use). Quiet- despite being in a busy area. The terrace is small and gets quite hot, we didn’t use it much anyway but it is a nice place to sit. air con in all rooms which is a must! Overall a convenient and practical place to stay.

Perfect home in Napoli

My family traveled to Napoli for a wedding in June, and had an amazing time thanks to Emanuela and this apartment. It's perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops, sightseeing, and restaurants. Despite the heat, the apartment was cool and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. The views were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment fully stocked with everything we could need. Emanuela was also extremely helpful and attentive - answering questions and giving tips to make the most of our stay. I highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back again!!!

Beautiful Apartment Next to Spaccanapoli

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s beautiful apartment right next to the vibrant Spaccanapoli. The apartment was very spacious for a family of 5 with separate kitchen and living room and two separate bathrooms. With the hustle and bustle just steps outside the main gate of Spaccanapoli when you’re in this apartment it’s quiet and serene not getting any of the noise from what’s outside. It’s in a great location we the best pizza of our life just minutes away at Pizzeria Vincenzo Capasso I highly recommend. It’s also walking distance to harbor, tons of shopping, and all around vibe of Naples. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in this Naples apartment. With 3 bedrooms, a living room area, 2 bathrooms (with shampoo & body wash included), and a kitchen, there was plenty of room for our family of 6. The location is great right in the middle of Christmas Alley and is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and some sites. It's a 22 minute walk to the train station, so we took a taxi from the station to the apartment with our luggage. The apartment was very clean, and there was air conditioning in the apartment which was wonderful for summer months. The host was responsive to questions that I had during our stay. A washer was available which was nice to be able to clean our clothes during our two weeks in Italy. However, no dryer is available, so be prepared to hang your clothes to dry on the drying line outside the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor, but there is a small elevator available which holds 2 people with suitcases at a time. Bring 10 cent coins because one is required per elevator ride. You can also walk up the stairs, which we did when we did not have luggage. There are two bathrooms with showers. However, the upper-level shower does not have a curtain and has a low ceiling so I wouldn't recommend for tall people. Overall I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Naples.

Wonderful location!

The apartment was perfect for our 3 day visit to Naples- the location is superb- once you get used to the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood you'll appreciate how close you are to amazing restaurants and sites. Emanuella is super kind and responsive. Be aware that finding the apartment can be challenging so stay in touch with her. Would stay again!

A home-from-home in Naples

Emanuela was a very attentive host and communication with her was excellent throughout our stay. In terms of location, the apartment is extremely well placed for exploring the historic centre of Naples. Although located on the very busy/bustling Via S. Gregorio Armeno, where there are various shops selling figures for nativity scenes (presepe), we found the apartment to be very peaceful and we had no trouble sleeping. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. One thing that is not clear from the photographs is that the shower in the upper bathroom is under a sloped ceiling so does not have a shower screen or curtain, so care is required when showering so as not to wet the floor. One minor inconvenience is that the lock on the upper bathroom door did not work. The Chiostro di San Gregorio Armeno at the top of the street is well worth a visit; the garden is lovely and provides a real sense of tranquillity. The apartment is also very close to an excellent pastry shop for sfogliatelle.

Perfect in the centro storico.

This is the perfect place to stay in Naples. For the price it has everything. Emanuela is an attentive host and was so helpful to us. The apartment is in an historical mansion typical of Naples in the street where they make all the Christmas characters. Its right jn the middle of centro storico. It is within walking distance to every neighbourhood in Naples and only 15 minutes walk from the train station for pompei, herculaneum and Sorrento and 15 minutes walk to the port for ferries to Capri, Procida and Ischia. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to self cater although there are so many amazing places to eat in the surrounding area you dont need to! We were 5 people who stayed for 5 nights. It was really comfotable and we saw everything we wanted to in Naples. It was wonderful to lie in bed in the morning and listen to the nuns singing! We highly recommend staying at Emanuelas apartment its great.
