Nestled in Park Shore, Naples, this delightful coastal contemporary condo boasts 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed. This welcoming and lovely space offers high end artwork, white leather sofas and beds, majestic views of Venetian Village and the bay. The unit is a short walk to Venetian Village and one mile from the private beach park in Park Shore. Ample beach parking and restrooms are available and a beach pass is included with the rental. Included amenities are washing machine, dryer, an iron, AC, and WiFi., cable TV, electricity and trash collection. All linens, towels, hairdryers and toiletries are stocked in unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with ample cookware, coffee maker, and multiple sets of dishes and serving pieces Also included is a beach cart with 4 folding chairs, a cooler and pool floats.
A community pool and BBQ grill are on site. There is one covered designated parking space per unit.

Great location, wonderful host!

Host was extra nice and helpful. Very responsive to any issue. Totally respected our privacy. This was our first stay. Location is second to none!! Boats cruising by, easy walk to restaurants and shops and the beach. Music drifting over from Venetian restaurants, dolphins, and diving birds all provided entertainment.
