Located in North Naples, this amazing Meadowood Townhome features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Upon enter the home you are welcomed by an inviting foyer that opens to the great room area. The kitchen, dining area and living room seamlessly connect creating the perfect gathering space. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with quartz kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. A set of sliding glass doors in the living room lead out to the screened-in, covered lanai. Three ample-sized bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs. The all new Bayside townhome also features a 1-car garage and a pavered driveway that is conveniently wide enough for two cars allowing easy access to the garage at all times.

This vacation home was very clean and new. It had excellent tv's in the livingroom and every bedroom. The community pool was very nice and not crowded. The work out room was well equiped and was not crowded. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs.

Host communication was great. Property was OK. It's in an HOA so the application is an additional 150 per 2 people along with drivers licenses, SSN, etc. And a very lengthy process for getting approved. There is very minimal supplies in the house. For 6 people we were provided exactly 6 forks, knives, towels, 1 washcloth for all 6 of us. We ended up buying things and left most of it since we had flown. Master bedroom door and bathroom door don't close. Ceiling fans would be nice since it is S Florida, but that's a personal preference. Getting through the gate was an ordeal that we didn't get figured out until we'd been there for 3 weeks and a resident of the community told us to use the grey fob on the keypad. All in all, if it hadn't been for the extremely helpful Olga I wouldn't recommend staying here at all. She really goes above and beyond what any other manager/homeowner I've ever dealt with on VRBO or the "other" popular rental site.

Location worked well

We picked this unit because of its location. The unit was very clean and everything was brand new however also sparse. The biggest drawback was the security check that needed to happen just before our trip. We had to do a background check and then be approved by the HOA. I totally understand why the community would want to know who is renting bc it’s a very family oriented community. I was just not aware of this at the time of my booking. Peter and Olga were very responsive whenever we needed anything.

Communication Nightmare

The property itself is beautiful, nice, new, and clean. The experience with the host, however, TERRIBLE. We are in town for work and booked a 2 month reservation (which was a lot of $$$). After we processed our 'Instant Booking' the host then surprises us with additional paperwork and makes us sign it after they had our money in order to stay at the unit. This paperwork stated they could be requiring items such as marriage licenses, social security numbers, a credit check, etc. because its located in a community. Then we started getting threats that our vehicles would be towed because they were company, commercial vehicles, and since we are working in town on business these are the only vehicles we have access to! We never would have booked at this location had they just put these demands in the initial listing. We ultimately ended up having to end our reservation a month early because of the ridiculous hoops we had to jump through. The host can require whatever they want for their property, however, they need to make the requirements part of the listing of the property and not just spring them on the guest after the reservation has been made and the host has the money. There was so much back and forth with emails/texts/vrbo messages that made the experience incredibly stressful. Not at all what anyone is trying to deal with when they are booking lodging away from home. Renter Beware !!
