Great location in Naples Park. Only a 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. The house is exactly pictured. Beds were comfortable with a beautiful backyard pool and hot tub. Has everything you need for a nice stay in Naples.

We very much enjoyed the well equiped home. The location was great. It was close to Publix, could walk to beach in 10 min. Ben was quick to help with TV issue we had first day. We would stay again.

Great location and cleanGreat pool area, lockable for children and dogs, all newer, great working appliances, good water pressure, good AC. We absolutely loved the facts that they had 3 bikes, 3 beach umbrellas,3 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a full size garage fridge to easily pack/unpack your cooler. Plenty of area rugs everywhere, which our pups loved, even one in the large garage. We had our family of three and two dogs, so it was the perfect size for them. Vanderbilt beach minutes away, Bonita Dog Beach about 18 minutes, plenty of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants nearby, great family location, quiet neighborhood (besides a little construction, but I was surprised how quiet they were). 10/10 recommend

Beautiful home with everything you need close to the water

The listing and photos are very accurate. The house is beautiful and clean and has everything you need for a vacation. They even have beach chairs, a full-size washer and dryer, and a great pool/hot tub. The beds are comfortable, and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The location is really great; it's about a ten-minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach. Naples is close to a lot of other nice beaches like Clam Pass Park, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. I would definitely recommend this rental home to anyone going to Naples.

Girls Getaway

Ben was a phenomenal host. He was very attentive and accommodating. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. We were able to take advantage of the gorgeous pool and spa. Location was perfect - close walk to the beach and quick drive to everything in Naples. Will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing work trip

I was traveling to the area for work and I was looking for a home that Located near the ocean and still close for me to get to work for the week. That was nice for my husband and I to stay there for the week, be able to make food and enjoy the water but definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation

This was a great place to stay. House was perfect, pool and hot tub amazing, great location for walking to local attractions. The host, Ben, was very responsive and easy to work with for any concerns and issues. There were a few minor suggestions for the host which he accepted with grace. I would stay here again. Enjoy!

Relaxing Winter Getaway

Excellent 6 week short-term rental, great location 15 minutes leisurely walk to Vanderbilt Beach access. Plenty of grocery stores & restaurants nearby. Well stocked kitchen. Highlight was the private pool & spa. Owner responsive to renter’s needs. Definitely will be back.

Great location and very comfortable home

We spent two weeks at this property, enjoying the close walk to the beach and especially enjoying the pool. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. There was construction next door but it didn't bother us too much. It was nice to have bikes, chairs and many amenities available to us. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach

We enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this place and were joined for part of the time by our two adult daughters. The home was very well- equipped and clean. It’s about a 15-minute walk or three-minute bike ride to the beach. The pool and spa were excellent. Ben was a very conscientious host. An earlier review had raised a concern about the mattress and pillows in the principal bedroom. They were replaced during our stay. We have no reservations in highly recommending this home.

The neighborhood looked low income and there was construction going on outside all around the house.

The house has a severe feel to it. Mostly all white, extremely uncomfortable inexpensive furniture plus the pillows on the very low couch smelled bad and needed cleaned. The bed was extremely low to the floor, creaked and guaranteed a miserable nights sleep with a backache and difficulty getting out of the bed in the morning. The pillows, long past their lifespan, were the worst pillows I have ever seen, and added to the total discomfort. When we arrived we discovered that the pool heater was not on, the water was extremely cold and took two days to get to a moderate temperature so we could use the pool. The TV had such a basic cable that almost every channel that we wanted to watch was not available. All in all we did enjoy our stay in the area but it had nothing to do with the uncomfortable house. The restaurants and shopping were great. We wound not recommend this house to anyone.

Excellent location!

Great location right near Vanderbilt Beach! Pool and jacuzzi were used nightly by my daughter and she loved it. Kitchen has everything you need for a vacation. We had two weeks over Christmas and I even cooked a turkey. Ben-was great to deal with and took care of everything. House was as advertised. Definitely will rent again next time we are back in Naples. Thanks Ben!

Excellent location in Naples Park

Good overall experience - property is in excellent location in Naples Park, spacious living area and good sized bedrooms. The furniture is as shown on the pictures. Property Manager is available if needed. Pool was not used during stay. Would defintely book again.

Wonderful home and host

Found myself in a pinch as my mom fell in FLA and broke her hip so my father needed a place to stay and Ben helped us immensely and was very flexible with what we needed. The house is ideally located near the beach, shopping, groceries, etc - and is as beautiful as the pictures show. Quiet and with a covered pool, it was perfect for sitting outside, going for a swim to cool down the July heat and the house was perfectly appointed with all the amenities - even bikes to get to the beach if you wanted. Will definitely be going back in the future - thanks Ben!

Great pool house

Annual girls trip to naples to get a tan and we stayed at this house. The backyard is exceptional. I highly suggest floating on a raft in the pool. The house was modern with all of the at home conveniences.
