Plenty of room in this 2,100+ square foot condo with 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, tall ceilings, 2 sitting rooms (each equipped with a television), a 2 car garage (one spot available for rental) and a spacious lanai. Enjoy the amazing features within the gated community of Fiddlers Creek*!

Master Bedroom has a King bed with 2 separate dressers and a large closet. Enjoy the huge lanai with a walk out from the Master Bedroom. Bathroom has separate sinks with a large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, television and private, full bathroom. The third bedroom has a twin sized daybed that is a trundle - when opened this converts to a King size bed for guests to enjoy. The third bedroom also has a full bathroom.

Walking distance from the community pool, that has access to bathrooms on-site.

*The additional clubhouse amenities at Fiddlers are available to long term renters with a transfer fee payable to the club. If you would like access to the amenities, the community requires a Transfer Fee payable to Fiddlers Club and Spa of $750. If you choose not to transfer the membership, you will still have gate access, full access to the trails and grounds as well as access to the community pool in the neighborhood (which is often far less busy!).
