Beautiful Naples Home: Private Pool and only 4-Minute Drive to Vanderbilt Beach

This upscale 2 bedroom (plus office), 2 bathroom home is located in the highly popular Naples Park residential area, a favorite for vacationers. It was renovated winter 2026 and new decor is still arriving. The renovation will be finished by late March 2026. We've provided some pictures from our iPhone in the meantime, but updated pictures will be coming soon.
Relax in your luxurious backyard with heated swimming pool and covered lanai with built-in summer kitchen. Your backyard provides you with privacy and a bug and pest-free environment as a result of the property's fence and screened pool cage. When you feel more adventurous, you can bike or take a 4 minute drive to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. The owners provide bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach bag, beach toys, a large beach blanket (10' x 10'), a beach umbrella, and a cooler for your enjoyment. The house is exceptionally well equipped and the owners provide numerous supplies including lots of hangers, paper plates, napkins, spices, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, dish soap, etc. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels is also provided.
The primary bedroom suite boasts a King size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, a variety of pillows, a walk-in closet, sliding glass doors to the outside pool area, walk-in shower, double sinks, and separate toilet closet. The 2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, and an adjacent bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower. The owners also provide a Graco pack 'n play for infant sleeping (with an optional mattress), a toddler-size air mattress for toddler sleeping, and a high chair. The home is equipped with WIFI (Internet), 3 TV's with cable service, SONOS music system, stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, built-in wine cooler/bar, and separate office. Every towel, linen, accessory, kitchen utensil, and piece of equipment in the house is very good quality.
This beautiful home features 11 to 14 foot ceilings throughout; trey ceilings in the foyer, living area and master bedroom; ceiling fans; a 2-car garage; and attractive landscaping.
Best yet, the location is absolutely fantastic! This vacation home is located in Naples Park, a residential neighborhood that has become very popular to renters and home purchasers alike. It is only a 4 minute drive from the Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park white sand beaches - and just a short walk or drive from the highly regarded Mercato with its luxury movie theater, Blue Martini nightclub, and many high-end shops, pubs, and restaurants. Most importantly, Naples Park is a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Unfortunately the TV did not work completely it kept displaying a message that would not disappear - Unfortunately the Internet was out of order until it was discovered that the Circuit Breaker was tripped.Overall this property is clean, and very conveniently located.The operational logistics could be smoother from the internet, to the TV working and entering the garage with an exterior remote which did not function

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly as described. The owners have done a great job providing everything you need to enjoy being in Naples. The only thing that would possibly be helpful is a wagon to carry the beach items. The property manager was wonderful as well. We definitely plan on staying here the next time we visit Naples.

This is a beautiful, well cared for, comfortable home. One of the cleanest and best furnished homes we've rented. Everything you need from kitchen to beach gear is available. And the proximity of the Naples Park neighborhood to the beaches is great! The owners were very good to work with and I would recommend this property.

Awesome home

This is by far the most beautiful well appointed home we have rented. Great neighborhood, perfect location. Amenities were great, great kitchen appliances and utensils. Quiet home with every comfort. Please ask about the pool, the heating of the pool and temperature of water you expect. We were a little put off by pricing and expectations but we should have asked more questions up front perhaps.

Excellent setup

From the moment we walked in the property felt like home: safe, clean, organized and well stocked. We rented the property last year for a week and three weeks this year. This year there were even more amenities like beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. It was wonderful. We were so busy with friends and family in the area that we wished we had more time to simply stay at the property and enjoy.

Beautiful home in Naples Park area

The house was immaculate and SO well stocked with anything and everything any vacationer would ever need! The pool was always warm and spotless. The house was beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything! Mattress was comfy. Spacious bath and shower. AC worked great. Owner and manager were always readily available and responsive but never intrusive. When we come back to Naples we will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thanks so much!
