Beautiful, Comfortable Moorings Condo

Stay at our home away from home! 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo at Chateau Suzanne in the beautiful and tranquil Moorings neighborhood of Naples, FL. Ground level unit, parking outside front door. Location is a convenient five-ten minute drive to restaurants and shops of 5th Avenue as well as 3rd. Street. Close to Mercato and Waterside Shops. Beaches are under a five minute drive.

Our condo is tastefully decorated and features comfortable furniture and a number of amenities. The main bedroom has a king size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a flat screen smart TV in the main bedroom with cable. The lanai is accessible through the main bedroom and living room.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. There is a separate shower/tub combo. There is a flat screen smart TV in the second bedroom.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV (with cable), a queen sofa bed, and an oversized chair. There is a dining table with seating for four as well. Wireless internet included as well as access to the community pool directly behind the lanai.

We provide three beach chairs, beach towels, cooler bag, beach umbrella, and beach tent. We also have a travel pack and play for babies. You will find a full sized washer and dryer in front closet.

The kitchen is fully stocked with full-size appliances and everything you need to cook meals. Kitchen includes: Nespresso machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, pots/pans, tupperware... consider this your home away from home!

*Property management company requires application and application fee/background check fee. $150 application fee, $50 background check fee per adult ($75 for foreign).*

Awesome Property!!!

Beautiful condo unit! Completely remodeled. Gorgeous neighborhood, close to everything. Owner thought of every amenity to make you feel as you were staying in someone's home vs. a vacation rental.
