Waterfront Pool Home is nestled within the prestigious Royal Harbor community. This particular location has gained its popularity due it's proximity to all the local attractions and because it is in walking distance to downtown 5th Avenue and just a short drive to our beautiful white sandy beaches.
This location is also known to be one of top boaters choices because its direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and its close proximity to marinas, restaurants on Naples Bay Resort.
The open floor plan comfortably accommodate 10 adults. The home features a large master suite that has a walk-in closet, and a large master bath with dual sinks, a large shower and soaking tub. An additional three guest suites and three full guest bathrooms are all light and bright. The kitchen with its oversized island, is great for entertaining. The living and dining area leads to the outside lanai with a southern exposure, featuring a large outside bar grilling area, which makes it perfect for enjoying indoor/outdoor living.
Heated Pool and Spa, Fire Pit, Boat Dock and expansive sunning areas where you can also take in a beautiful Naples sunset.
