We had a wonderful stay at Cervantes LR Collection for the last night of our Italy trip. From before our arrival, Mary was incredibly kind and helpful. She always responded quickly and provided clear instructions for the self check-in process, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water after our journey. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy our final evening in Naples before heading to the airport the next morning. We also truly appreciated Mary’s wonderful restaurant recommendations, which helped us enjoy a delicious and memorable evening in Naples. Thank you to Mary and the team for your warm hospitality. You made the perfect ending to our unforgettable trip to Italy. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend Cervantes LR Collection to anyone visiting Naples.
