Relax in Naples at this fabulous house. With three comfortable bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and a very nice coffee Station. You will also find plenty of space for leisure while watching TV in our 86” screen or in the totally screened in Lanai area with living and dining area, hot tub and BBQ. Washer and dryer essentials are also available to keep your wardrobe fresh. This pleasant fully renovated retreat offers a welcoming vibe that makes every stay feel like a home away from home. Fall in love with Naples and enjoy the magic it has to offer. We are only minutes away from the beaches and 5th Ave! Enjoy and explore Kayak Adventure to see Manatees just 30 minutes away. Fine dining all around as well as many of the finest shopping places to stroll around. The home is totally independent with all its living areas. Its back yard is totally fenced and we do have gardening service on Saturdays that take about 15 minutes to do their job. It also has a paved out door parking for 4 cars. It does have an attached Garage Living Unit, which is totally independent from the main home, with no indoor or outdoor connection, which is occupied by owner/family on and off. They have their own pebbled park space at the left side of the home, next to the paved garage space.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of Naples Museum of Art. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.
