The room was good. But the staff was less than good. They use a computer with a remote person on it looking at you to check in. The rest of the staff was not able to communicate effectively. So not an ideal or warm feeling of welcome.

My stay was very comfortable and quiet. But I am especially grateful for Salman, the front desk agent, who went the extra mile to locate my wallet which I had left behind. He took my paniced call and called back twice to keep me informed about search.

Can you believe that there is no ‘Live’ person behind the lobby desk? Just a computer screen w/a face. And you sign in on the computer. I hate it. I would like to see a nice, friendly customer service person behind the desk. Oh well. Breakfast is minimal….MINIMAL. Pretty pathetic . And no carpeting in the rooms. Very very basic.

Nicely renovated Days Inn. Clean room, comfy bed and good breakfast. First time checking in via a kiosk screen with a remote call center person. All went smoothly and i suspect this is safer in some neighborhoods.

The room and bed were nice. However the breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast is till 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:45 and there were 5 other guests starting breakfast. No waffles, no pastries, the cereal counter was a mess! Regular coffee low. At 10 after 9 we were still eating what We got befor 9:00. The staff turned off the lights!!

At first I was a little upset because the sheets on both beds had blood stains on it. However, housekeeping came quickly and fixed the issue. Other than that it was clean and smelled very good throughout the whole building.

The room is spotless. The TV is appreciated. I found the virtual assistant at the front desk disconcerting. I don't like the AI.
