All of the rooms had not been cleaned. We arrived and went through each one only to find dirty rooms. I believe the agent knew in advance there may be an issue, but the housekeeping staff clearly walked off well in advance of our arrival.
The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it.
