Not a hotel - seemingly a converted apartment being operated as a short-term rental. The check-in process was entirely conducted via WhatsApp, including initial admission into the building. I was a bit caught off guard by the request to pay an additional tourist tax via bank wire. The room itself was comfortable and pleasant. The location was fine, but if I were to go back to Naples I would choose to stay someplace a bit closer to the Centro Storico. The host did send a great list of area recommendations, which I appreciated.

Jeanette is a really nice hostess she is very kind, friendly and helpful for us. The best location at the city for sightseeing and close to the docks, Metro and walking areas, perfect to get into the historic center and the iconic places to meet and eat as well
