Summary:
Our lovely seasonal rental first floor condo is located in the Everglades Club of downtown Naples, Florida. Featuring a location that is only a few blocks from both the Naples bay and the Gulf of Mexico and includes a community pool and more! This completely remodeled and thoughtfully furnished condo is available as a home away from home!

The Space:
~ The sleeping accommodations at this first floor condo are a King bed in the main bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom

~There is an en suite bathroom attached to the King bedroom and the second full size bathroom is just outside the second bedroom

~ The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen has a full accompaniment of stainless steel appliances and quartz counters.

~ The family room has a swivel accent chair, a single chair and a sofa. There is a wall mounted TV and there is downlighting throughout.

~ Guests can walk to many locations in downtown Naples including the Naples City Dock, the beach on the Gulf of Mexico, 3rd St S and 5th Ave S. This is one of the best locations in all of Naples!

~ The shared amenities that are available for guests of our condo which are at the next building west include a pool, clubhouse, the Clark Center with 2 computers, a meeting room, shower rooms, rest rooms, bocce ball and horseshoes. See aerial photo for location of these amenities

*Please note: there is a laundry facility available at the community for guest use. This unit does not have a washer or dryer inside of it*

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival.

There is an additional $150 HOA application fee as well as a $50 per adult for background check fee for the Everglades Club, that is not included with this booking and is paid separately/

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Naples condo is smoke free.
