The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were pristine. The additional keys and security show the need for precaution in the area, but the rooms themselves were fantastic.

Unfortunately the room was not very clean and not in a good shape. The linens, towels and the room in general was dirty with dust and more. Bathroom lights flickering, shower falling apart and more problems in general.

Pros: Room was clean. Daily housekeeping. Very close to Napoli Centrale train station. Supermarket just around the corner. Cons: No staff in office. Needed to text before arrival so someone would be there to check-in. Room was not actually soundproofed at least from the door. Children screaming can be heard clearly for three hours till 10:30 PM through the hallway. No shampoo was provided. Also, don’t expect facial cloth for guesthouse. During our stay, the gentleman managing downstairs cafe was very helpful regarding our need.
