Cockroach Infestation and Poor Maintenance - Do Not Book
**REVIEW:**
I would strongly advise against booking this property. Our five-night stay was marred by serious cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the experience deeply unpleasant.
**Cockroach Infestation:**
The most concerning issue was the presence of multiple cockroaches throughout the apartment, including in the main bathroom and living areas. This is a serious hygiene problem that should never occur in an accommodation available for guests. The host acknowledged the issue during our stay but offered no resolution, alternative, or compensation.
**Inadequate Supplies & Facilities:**
The "welcome kit" was woefully insufficient for a five-night family stay. We ran out of toilet paper after just two days and had to purchase our own supplies (toilet paper, towels, laundry detergent, cleaning products) from local shops. For a property at this price point, basic necessities should be adequately stocked.
**Undisclosed Parking Costs:**
The listing implied parking was available with the property. In reality, the host directed us to a paid garage (€5 per hour / €600 for our stay) without clearly disclosing this cost or requirement upfront. This was misleading and added unexpected expense.
**Air Conditioning Issues:**
