Immerse yourself in coastal luxury at Fiddler's Retreat II, a single-family home offering space and privacy amidst the world-class amenities of the Fiddler's Creek resort community. Located in the Amador subdivision, this house boasts a spacious open floor plan that leads out to a private screened lanai with a heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and covered outdoor living room. The master suite features a large ensuite shower, walk-in closet, and direct access to the outdoor living area. At the front of the home, you'll find two guest bedrooms with a shared bath and a den that can be used as a home office. This home rental includes the option to transfer the Fiddler's Creek Club & Spa membership for the duration of your stay for a one-time fee of $750. This membership grants access to the 54,000-square-foot club, complete with a multi-pool aquatics complex, sundecks with chaise lounges for food and beverage service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a full-service spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and both casual and fine dining restaurants. The club's activity calendar includes bird watching, spinning classes, wine tasting events, and themed dinner parties. Fiddler's Creek is conveniently located in the growing Southeast Naples corridor, about a 10-minute drive from the white sand beaches of Marco Island and 20 minutes from downtown Naples/5th Ave S.
