The hotel’s location is great, right near some well-known pizza spots! However, our suite had stairs to the bedroom that were slippery and made it tricky to get to the washroom on the lower floor. We didn’t realize this because the stairs weren’t mentioned on the website. The staff was trying to help, but it felt a bit deceptive that they didn’t let us know the bed and washroom weren’t on the same level. Also, there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room, which is unusual for hotels of this kind. We asked the staff to get us coffee, and it took a while for the owner to approve making us two coffees.

Mitten in Herzen von Neapel, eine wahre Perle. Supernettes Personal und ein außergewöhnlicher Palazzo haben das Feeling verstärkt. Kurze Wege und so zentral an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, da kann man nicht mehr wollen.
