Wir waren für 4 Nächte hier und haben zahlreiche schlecht Erfahrungen gemacht.
1. das Frühstück war am ersten Tag um 07:30 leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt.
2. am zweiten Tag wurde zwar unser Zimmer gemacht und unsere Handtücher mitgenommen aber keine neuen hinterlegt.
3. es gibt kein WLAN auf dem Zimmer. Wir haben das mehrfach an der Rezeption angesprochen aber es wurde immer darauf verwiesen dass es eins gebe. Man hat dann im Treppenhaus Empfang, muss also das Zimmer verlassen.
4. die 2 Seifenspender in der Dusche waren nicht befüllt
5. die Badtür lässt sich nicht schließen.
6. am dritten Tag hatten wir Kakerlaken im Zimmer (siehe Bild)
7. am dritten Tag lag ein fremder Zimmerschlüssel in unserem Zimmer. Das bedeutet wir könnten bei den Nachbarn ins Zimmer gehen. Das ist ein riesiges Vergehen.
8. der Fernseher ist zwar riesengroß allerdings gibt es nicht ein Sender der vernünftig angezeigt wird.
9. das Zimmer riecht immer noch nach Farbe.
10. das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab.
Zusammengefasst sind wir mehr als enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Es ist mehr als fraglich wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen soll. Letztlich sind in dem Haus nur ein paar Zimmer angemietet die als „Hotel“ verkauft werden. Das Hotel ist wirklich unterirdisch und kann wahrlich nicht weiterempfohlen werden.
