All in all Very ever stay for the money. I was a late check in, and for some reason I still had to present identification, even though I had Hilton honors program digital key access was denied. Nobody really could explain the policy, but I think this was just all about the hotel itself. Air conditioner, unit in room, noisy as all could be. Wouldn’t stay there again if there were better options as close.

Customer service is their highlight!

The rooms and lobby were exceptionally clean however, the pool bottom was very dirty from what was expected based on the rest of the hotel. We had a handicap room on the third floor, which was great except that it was directly across the hall from the elevator, and you could hear the elevator every time somebody used elevator. Breakfast morning was just average, even though they had a decent selection of items. The highlight of the stay was definitely the customer service being so exceptional and friendly!
