DANGEROUS BATHROOM LIGHTING SYSTEM!

Beautiful clean property but the bathroom lighting system is very dangerous. I used the bathroom, shaved and got into the shower, soaped up and the lights went OFF! Total darkness! Carefully got out of the shower, felt my way to the light switches, press them and still no lights! So I slide open the door and the lights go on as I stand there dripping wet. Close the door, get back into the shower to finish my shower and again the lights go OFF! Now I reach out of the shower to open the door to turn so the system turns on the lights again. I finish my shower while it is still light and cannot believe anyone would not see that this can create a dangerous situation. There is no warning signs on the mirror to warn guests that the automic lights off may leave them in the dark. Also, there are no instructions what to do when the lights go off. A power outage is all that would come to mind. The switches do not fix the situation. Only opening the door will temporally reset the lights but then for again a very short period of time. Can you see how someone could be seriously injured by your eco friendly lighting system? Also, in a lawsuit for damages, your company will have NO ARGUMENT FOR DEFENCE! I would strongly encourage your company to correct this potential lighting disaster before someone gets seriously hurt. Let me know if you understand that there is a serious problem here. We are very happy with our stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it! Excellent location, everything is very clean, and the hotel staff is extremely friendly, always attentive and making sure guests have a great experience. The rooms are very comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need — plates, fridge, glasses, dishwasher, etc. There’s also a well-equipped gym with everything necessary for a good workout. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. I would definitely come back to Naples and without a doubt stay here again.
