This charming Maine cottage features a cozy one-bedroom layout and is situated on the serene shore of Brandy Pond. The property, located on a level lot shared with the owners' main house, provides convenient access to 100 feet of waterfront, a sandy beach, and a spacious cement dock, all of which are shared with the owners. To enhance your experience, a paddleboard and a two-person kayak are available for use, allowing you to explore the pond. The dock is capable of accommodating up to a 20 foot boat, providing an opportunity to explore the 40-mile boatable waterway that spans across Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. If you're seeking adventure, the surrounding locale offers a myriad of recreational activities, including shopping, golfing, and more.
