This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!

Lovely suites - spacious, comfortable and everything you need. Giovanni is a great host and really helpful. Has the feel of a family run b and b but the facilities of a hotel. Really nice to have a suite rather than just a small room. In the Dante area so great for local restaurants and 2 minute walk to the metro.

Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience.

Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.

We stayed at Kind Places - Suite Experience in Naples and it was the perfect place. Stylish, clean, and with an eclectic touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the place was spotless. The location is ideal – close to everything and perfect for exploring the city, yet quiet and peaceful. Absolute 10/10 - perfect location, just 100m from Dante Metro, and easy walk everywhere, including Spaccanopipoli.Suite was modern, well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend. Wouldn't go back.

The facility was in a very run down building and a part of town that was not tourist oriented. There was no food service though there were beverages and snacks in a small fridge. There was a very small elevator. The loby and rooms thmselves were well decorated and equipped. staff had limited availabiltiy though were friendly and helpful.
