Best location with a minute walk to the beach. Delmar-Wiggins Pass State Park right off the lanai. First floor lets you walk out the back or choose to walk out the front through a secure lobby. Security gate with security code to enter the building. Heated pool next to the building with grilling next to the pool. Marina facing the front of the building. Close to shopping and many restaurants!
