Beautifully appointed Park Shore 2 BR/2 Bath condo located on the top third floor with elevator facing west where you can watch the spectacular sunset from your private Lani while enjoying a favorite beverage. We have all new furnishings and bedding also new in unit washer/dryer, high speed internet, smart TV's, hurricane shutters, windows and doors. Make this your home for 6 - 9 months of the year. Hidden Lake Villas Condominiums are located just off Park Shore Drive in the heart of charming Naples, Florida. Close to the beach, Venetian Village shopping, dining and Waterside Shops. Minutes from the new Mercato plaza and historic downtown. Hidden Lake Villas' location is second to none. We have an Olympic size swimming pool, exercise room, community club house, tennis and pickle ball courts on-site. Rental includes membership to and use of the Park Shore Association private Beach with bath house showers, parking and picnic areas.

9 month maximum rental only (per the condo association). Tenant pays rent plus $150 condo application fee and $200 cleaning fee. Cable, wifi and $100 per month electric included. Anything over $100 is paid by tenant.
