It's located a short 10-minute walk from the beach and 3-minute drive to the Mercato center, which is filled with shops, restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy your morning coffee while strolling the canals along the prestigious Vanderbilt Drive and end your days watching the sun go down on Vanderbilt beach. Your dream vacation awaits!

We have a camera at the entrance of the home that faces the exterior. Guests may turn it off during their stay if they choose. The camera is only used for security purposes. Please that the fireplace in the living room is disconnected due to restrictions set by our homeowner's insurance policy. Note that the garage can only fit one compact vehicle.

Beautiful, Spacious Home Near the Beach

We had a lovely stay at this home. The large living space gave us plenty of room to relax, and the covered outdoor patio was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus, making it easy to unwind after a full day of activities. The location was great—just a short distance from the beach and conveniently close to other amenities. Overall, a great place for a relaxing getaway.

Spring Break

Two families had the most fantastic stay here. The house was well stocked for families and had everything we could ever hope for when we went to the beach. The host was so helpful and friendly and this spot will be a property we will hope to visit again in the future.

Wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful stay!! House was very spacious, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Dara was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Having two floors was a big deal to let everyone feel like we weren’t on top of each other. I would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!
