This property is far from the train station. The area is dirty with lots of traffic. To get to the rooms, you have to go up 5 flights of stairs. There was not enough hand soap.

Really great stay! We were upgraded to the suite, which was so nice. Giangi and all the staff are very kind and helped us with different requests we had. Highly recommend staying here. The ice cream place downstairs is also very good. 😊

The staff was very helpful,they kept the European design.The rooms were very clean.There are no elevators but the staff helped us carry all our bags.It is walking distance to the bus stop.There is a gelato store downstairs.Free breakfast,we loved everything.Will definitely comeback,thank you for the wonderful stay.

In a great part of the city (especially seeing it for the first time) and in a really well maintained older building. The owner was so welcoming and kind - would certainly recommend that anyone stay here.

I didn’t not know how this “hotel” made your recommendation list. I travel quite a bit and I can say this was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. How did it get a 9.2 review score? hmmm.From the location to the service was terrible and we only spent 1 night there and left. Plus there are lots of stairs and no elevator!

Even though it is located in a busy street it is very quiet inside. Very close to popular city attractions, dinning, and easy transportation. Giani, the hotel manager, is very helpful and polite.

Room was ok. Sofa bed for the second bed was actually ok. Lots of Graffiti in the area which is off putting. But we had no issues of safety. Stairs were a bit challenging at the end of a long day. Staff was super nice.

Hidden on 3 floor non elevator apartment building

Would NOT come back here again! No signs anywhere so we were lost. This is an apartment inside a big gated apartment complex. Located in 3rd floor with NO elevators! Main door would not open! It was locked at 1 pm lunchtime. Rang bell non stop. Finally got inside through a neighbor living there who unlocked the door. No one inside at all They had just left keys outside our room I got injured badly dragging my luggage to 3rd floor!! Centrally located but i would only come if having a backpack only! Then literally 10 days later i am being messaged to pay more taxes on the 2 night stay. Because he never bothered to even show up for a real check out or do everything properly like other hotels! Avoid
