Be our guest in this new condo in luxurious Treviso Bay! Our two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is in the popular luxury resort Treviso Bay in the heart of Naples. The unit is located on the 1st floor, with 1,200 square feet of living space. The living room extends to the lanai with a stunning view of lake and Rookery Bay Preserve. We have installed no-see-um lanai screen to make your stay more enjoyable.

Your stay here comes with a social membership in the Treviso Bay community which includes the Villa Rilassare Club; which houses a basketball court, tennis courts, spa, fitness center, yoga, restaurant/bar, cabanas, and the resort main pool. Unfortunately, there is NO GOLF membership with this rental. You will also be able to book social events offered to members only.

The Championship Club; with your social membership, you enjoy access to Treviso Bay’s club house, including; library, board room, private dining rooms, bar and grille serving lunch every day, along with dinner service in the banquet hall.

Besides the amazing main resort pool there is a satellite pool in your subdivision of Trevi. The pool is conveniently located within walking distance from the condo with bathroom facilities, lounge chairs, BBQs, a “green egg” smoker, and the only pickle ball courts in Treviso Bay!

Don't worry about a thing! When you are our guest you can be assured we got you covered. Rest assured this will be the best stay of your life!

We now require an additional security deposit for families with children. It will also be the guest(s) responsibility to provided their own everyday living supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap of any kind, trash bags, etc). Owner also reserves the right to cancel within the same policy timeframe as guests. We DO NOT accept pets.

Treviso Bay Assocation has raised the fees for social memberships. Depending on the length of your rental the membership fees will vary. A 1 month social membership fee is now $400.00 and will increase $100.00 for any additional months. They now also require all guests to complete a background check.

Great first floor condo with lake and wildlife preserves views. Clean and comfortable. Relaxing stay in gated community with great amenities! Screened in sun porch to watch glorious morning sun rises. Designated covered parking. Large functional kitchen and full-size laundry. Fishing allowed on the premises. Private and secure location. Highly recommend!

We liked the location. Treviso Bay has a lot to offer guests. The minor problems we had with property the property manager fixed in a couple of days. Only thing we did not like with the property was the bed was not that comfortable and the black leather couch was in bad condition.

Just fabulous

Everyone has trepidation about renting a place, unseen, well put your stress at ease, this home is fabulous. Jillian could not have been more responsive and terrific, whenever we called for crazy items like additional bowls, ironing board, etc. they all arrived miraculously. The place is spotless, beds comfortable and the location perfect. Treviso Bay is the Best-of-the-Best location wise and approximation to services. The Trevi location in Treviso Bay is close to all facilities but just far enough to let you enjoy (quietly) the lake behind the Unit. All you will need to do is Unpack and enjoy this property, worth every dime of the cost.

Treviso Bay is really pretty and the pool club is great with a grill that serves delicious food. There are pickleball courts within walking distance and the condo is very comfortable

Just as pictured

The apt was just as pictured. It was very clean. Fantastic location to neighborhood pool and pickleball courts. Living area and DR area very nice and comfortable. Jill, property manager, was great. I like a hard mattress this one is a rock. We went to Walmart and had to buy a topper. The kitchen extras were very limited. No serving dishes (like chip and dips, big bowls etc) limited silverware and plates. (Maybe they bought more by now). One night I used the second bedroom, it is very bright and right next to the elevator. The main bedroom in the back faces the beautiful pond.
