The location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. This was a very nice property. The room was clean and view was excellent. The staff were friendly. Even though we were told about the stairs we found this to be a major problem, especially with having luggage.

Our stay at Hotel Main - Municipio was wonderful, and Salvatore truly made the difference! Even before we traveled, he was incredibly diligent — answering all our questions, connecting with us, and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Every morning, he had delicious croissants prepared right on time, and he helped us with addresses and recommendations to enjoy Naples. His English was excellent (even though I was eager to practice my Italian!), and I was impressed by his ability to communicate so well and accommodate all our needs. The hotel itself was super clean, and the view from our room was simply amazing. Highly recommend staying here — and a big thank you to Salvatore for making our trip so special!
