We're happy to provide an outdoor grill for your enjoyment during your stay. Please note the following:
-A propane tank is provided, but guests are responsible for supplying their own propane if the tank is empty.
-You’re welcome to use any propane left by previous guests.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
This helps insure it's ready for the next guest. Cleaning supplies are provided in the outdoor cabinet or under the kitchen sink.
-A cleaning fee will be applied if the grill is left dirty or with food residue.
Pool heat, bikes, beach gear, and baby gear are all included—no hidden fees!
-Electric Scooters – Important Info
We provide 2 electric scooters for your enjoyment during your stay! Please keep the following in mind:
Scooters are plug-in electric – you’ll find the chargers in the garage .
Make sure to charge them overnight so they're ready for your next beach ride or neighborhood cruise.
Please hold on to the keys. $100 charge will be applied for each lost key.
Use at your own risk!
Always follow local laws and ride safely.
Please return scooters to the garage and plug them in after each use.
Avoid riding in rain or wet conditions for safety and to prevent damage.
