You have access to a completely stocked kitchen, linens, high speed internet, SmartTvs with FireSticks, beach gear, bikes, and more. Your King Suite has a double vanity and tile walk in shower and walk in closet. Your guest room offers a Queen bed and guest bathroom with a shower / tub combo. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. The den is set up for a dedicated office space. Enjoy your private balcony overlooking the vibrant lifestyle and iridescent lights below. The private community offers a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, one assigned parking space, and bicycle storage. We also have two bikes you're welcome to use during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to one assigned parking space, communal rooftop pool / hot tub (only 8 units share this space!), communal BBQ grill, bikes provided by owner, beach gear, and owner storage closet.

We are located DIRECTLY on 5th Ave! Walk to all things the historic downtown has to offer! 10 minute walk to the beach!



Other Things to Note:

Please note our exclusive condo does require an online rental application that must be approved 20 days before check in! This application is $150 per person 18+ or $150 for married couples. This screening application does require you to enter personal information, driver's license / passport information, SSN, and vehicle information (if applicable.) Upon booking, we will send you a link to complete the application and send you a rental agreement via Docusign.

This apartment offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
