Modern Coastal Cottage 1.5 miles to Beach

Newly remodeled modern style coastal cottage is open, bright and inviting. The cottage sits on an over-sized private property that is lushly landscaped with tropical foliage, coconut palms and other fruit trees. Enjoy a stroll around the quiet neighborhood or sit on the swing under the Bougainvillea you will enjoy this private retreat during your holiday. The interior of the cottage is professionally decorated in a coastal design with grey wood floors throughout, white ship lap walls, modern clean cabinets paired with traditionally coastal and nautical touches. All bedrooms boast a high end hotel clean environment with extra sheets and pillows with a TV and organized closet space in each bedroom. There is a spacious master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bath with walk in shower. There is a nicely sized guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and another guest bedroom with a queen bed served by a shared hall guest bath that is sized to share with walk in shower. Both bathrooms designed with subway and penny tile with frame-less glass shower doors and large generous sized porcelain sinks with plenty of white towels provided.
The kitchen has modern white cabinets and stainless steel appliances paired with walnut butcher block tops. The pull out drawers have a convenience light to see all of the well equipped kitchen utensils and amenities. The farm style dining table sits 6 comfortably within the kitchen space and has direct access out to the lanai and back yard for outdoor dining.
After a day at the beach, relax in the family room in an over-sized sectional sofa that the whole family can pile on for a great show on the 70" TV.
Wake up in the morning to a Kurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods and assortment of sweeteners. We hope to serve our guests with a clean and well equipped stay to enjoy and want to visit time and time again!

The house itself was very nice. It was probably the most well stocked rental we have stayed in. While convenient to restaurants and shopping this home is not in a nice Naples community. We were disappointed in the location.

Athena was an amazing host-very responsive and communicated well with us. The cottage was stocked with everything we could need and more. The property is beautifully decorated inside and out, and the outside living area is well kept and feels surprisingly private. Everything was fabulous—we certainly plan to return.

The home was so lovely, well maintained, beautifully decorated and in a location that was relatively easy to get to a lot of places in Naples. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The linens provided were great. I would recommend this place and rent again as it was roomy and comfortable for the family. There was an extra fee for an insurance policy which I wasn’t expecting (only con) but maybe this is more common than I’m aware of. Highly recommended this home!

Wonderful stay in Naples

Wonderful house

Loved the house, such attention to detail, mentioned I liked drip coffee vs Keurig, they only had the Keurig. Athena went out and bought a high quality drip coffee maker, she exceeded my expectations, this so was thoughtful. Plan on booking this house if available.

Perfect Cottage

This adorable cottage was extraordinarily clean, the yard was immaculate, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was central to all of our activities in Naples. I especially appreciated all the extra supplies that I would normally have to go out and purchase. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would certainly try to stay here again in the future!

Didn't want to leave - feels like a spa-like, magazine-cover worthy home

The house is simply wonderful. Perfect beach vibe. Fully functional and exceptionally designed kitchen. The bedrooms are compact but beautiful. Both bathrooms are brand-new and spa-like. Sleeps 6 easily. Strong WiFi - we worked while we were there and had no issues. We didn't take advantage of the patio and the grill but the outdoor area invites to sit and have dinner. The host welcomed us personally. Check-in and check-out was easy. Tips for the location. There is a grocery store in walking distance and a bike rental store (Big Momma). You have beach access in about 10 min by bike. Biking from this location to downtown Naples goes through a park or along the ocean - about 35 minutes leisurely. We had a car but biked almost everywhere. We will come back!

We selected this home for our first vacation as a family. It was extremely clean (feels like a recent remodel) with nice finishes throughout. The backyard was nice and private. We enjoyed multiple meals on the back patio. The barbecue was great for cooking meals at the house. Location was excellent; close to many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, beaches, shopping, etc. Host was warm, friendly and conscientious. My 3-year old daughter wants to buy the house and live in Florida now. Really happy with the experience.

Beautiful House in the Heart of Naples.

Lovely, spacious home, exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable, with pretty outdoor garden perfect for morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood near to beaches and Naples hot spots. Hosts made whole process of stay easy. Would recommend and come back for our next trip to Naples!
